Marine Lubrication & Central Cooling Systems

Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) Overhauls
- Onboard dismantling, chemical dip ultrasonic cleaning, and high-pressure washing
- Titanium and stainless steel plate crack detection via UV penetrant testing
- Re-gasketing with glue or clip-on NBR / EPDM / Viton marine gaskets
- Hydraulic tightening to exact tightening dimension ‘A’ and hydrostatic pressure testing
